Pack Your Gear

Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
